ECPM has announced the opening of registrations for the 7th World Congress against the Death Penalty, which will take place from February 26th to the 1st of March 2019, in the heart of the European capital, Brussels.
For four days, you will be able to meet the key actors in the field of abolition, participate in the construction of the abolitionist movement and give voice to your projects.
The Opening Ceremony will take place on the morning of February 27th2019, in the symbolic and prestigious Chamber of the European Parliament. The majority of the academic programme will be held at the Egmont Palace, and the Closing Ceremony in Bozar, the centre for fine arts in Brussels.
Since their existence in 2001, these Congresses have brought together more and more abolitionists from all over the world. They have become the essential meeting place to strive together towards universal abolition.
